Due to contined grwoth and business plans we are now looking for an experienced professional for the role of:
Head of Branch Poland – Warsaw based
Overview: responsible for all Poland branch results and sales performance. Direct manager to the local sales, support and administration team. Reporting to Head of End-Users Business Division. The main focus for this position ambitious sales growth.
Responsibilities:
* Development of Sales in Poland and building on client portfolio
* Visiting customers, sales negotiations, presentations, technical support
* Legal responsibility for entity performance and results in Poland, P&L management
* Managing the running of the branch, responsible for the financial results and targets, budget management, overseeing accounting and payroll (supported by local Finance & HR Manager)
* People management and motivation – current sales team in Poland in the region is 11
* Development and implementation of sales strategy
* Close cooperation with the head office in Europe, sales team, marketing, technical and development teams
* Sales planning and forecast
* Monitoring and analysis of performance metrics and suggesting improvements
* Proposals for business development
* Competence development in sales and product
* Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and reports
* Analysis of market and competitors.
* Taking part in trade fairs/industry conferences
* Extensive traveling in Poland and to the HQ
Requirements:
* Higher education (business related/economics/marketing/engineering)
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior sales role with team management skills a must
* Experience in sales, buisness dvelopment, P&L management
* Managing remote team experience would be an advantage
* Background in telematics, logistics, transport or spedition would be an advantage, we are also open to Candidates from other sectors, with strong sales drive
* Experience in an international company required
* Fluent English is a must
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong business and sales acumen
