Our client is a global provider of grinding and dispersion machinery. Due to further growth of the Company in East Europe, we are now looking for a Professional for the new role of:
Sales Manager
Place of work: home-office
Area of Responsibility: Poland
Responsibilities:
* Maintain relationships and be overall point of contact to all customer inquiries and understand the requirements and needs of customers
* Perform market research and business development in the market
* Develop and execute account targets and actions
* Provide technical support during installations/modernizations of machinery
* Secure a long term project pipeline
* Providing product training for customers
* Maintain competitor analysis
* Perform key account management & visit reports on a frequent basis
* Participate in regular sales meetings
* Participate in conferences and exhibitions
* Secure compliance with Company’s internal processes and guidelines
* Work closely with the Sales Director (direct reporting) and foreign service team
Requirements:
* Higher Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical engineering disciplines are preferred)
* 3+ years of professional experiences in sales of explanation technically intensive products
* Demonstrated success in a highly collaborative environment with excellent Polish and English or German written and oral communications skills
* Know-how in the field of mixing and dispersing processes in the chemical industry
* Technical skills and understanding for the service assignments
* Safe in handling with Microsoft Office
* Action-oriented and innovative
* Project management experience
* “Hands on” approach that can quickly develop constructive and positive working relations with peers, customers and management
* Ability to achieve high-level results within a challenging customer environment
* Strong planning, organization and communication skills
* The gift of persuasion, target orientation
* Resistance to stress
* Strong business culture
* Readiness for frequent business trips
* Active driving license category B
