Our client is a European distributor of the worldwide market leader for reciprocating compressor systems and services. Due to further growth of the Company in Poland, we are now looking for a Professional for the new role of:
 

 

Sales Engineer

Place of work: home-office

Area of Responsibility: Poland


 Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage all aspects of the product After Sales activities
* Representing successful international company on the Polish market
* Cooperation with important customers from refinery, petrochemical, chemical and natural gas business
* Demonstrate the technical ability of the company’s services and products to the clients
* Maintain business relationship with existing customers
* Searching for more business opportunities and market potential and trends
* Market research, proposal and implementation of sales strategies  
* Traveling within Poland
* Follow activity of competitors, help to develop strategy to conquer the market
* Take part in industry trade fairs and conferences

 

Requirements:

* Preferably university degree in technical education/engineering
* 3-5 years’ experience in technical sales with track record in meeting/exceeding budget
* Willingness to travel a lot and learn new skills
* Experience in similar position (sales engineer), knowledge of refinery, petrochemical and natural gas business.
* Demonstrated success in a highly collaborative environment with excellent English, written and oral communications skills (meetings, phone calls, emails)
* Strong business culture
* Native Polish speaker
* Ability to quickly learn technical aspects of the Company’s products and specific markets relating to them
* Action-oriented and innovative
* Person with technical thinking, good at sales, communicative, results oriented
* Active driving license category B
