Our client is a European provider of solutions for lighting business. Due to further growth of the Company in East Europe, we are now looking for a Professional for the new role of:
Area Sales Manager East Europe
Place of work: home-office
Area of Responsibility: Lithuania, Poland, Belarus, Ukraine and Russia
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for profitable sales of Company’s products in East Europe
* Responsible for building growth and customer base, supported by Organization
* Developing and maintaining lasting relationships with customers such as lighting manufacturers, designers, contractors and wholesalers
* Preparing quotations and negotiating with customers
* Providing product training for customers
* Maintaining market knowledge and competitor analysis
Requirements:
* Higher Education
* 3-5 years of experience in lighting business
* Demonstrated success in a highly collaborative environment with excellent English written and oral communications skills
* Fluent in Polish, fluency in Russia considered as bonus
* Proven experience in a technical product environment, business to business sales
* Action-oriented and innovative
* “Hands on” approach that can quickly develop constructive and positive working relations with peers, customers and subordinates
* Ability to achieve high-level results within a challenging customer environment
* Strong planning, organization and communication skills
* The gift of persuasion, target orientation
* Resistance to stress
* Strong business culture
* Readiness for frequent business trips
* Active driving license category B
