Customer Support Specialist
Place of Work – Słupsk
Responsibilities:
Support of a wide number of customers in various countries, in close cooperation with customer support team, involved in all parts of the order process, including the following:
* Entering orders into Axapta
* Coordinating with logistics and production teams
* Follow up on deliveries
* Invoicing
* Completing new product registration sheets
* You will be in daily contact with all the departments in the company, especially sales and marketing at HQ, logistics, transport and production planning at European HQ and Poland.
Requirements:
* Good English skills – both spoken and written is a must
* Experience within Customer Support environment would be an advantage.
* Have the skills to build and maintain relations with people on all levels in an organization
* Work in a structured and systematic way
* Possess a general flair for IT and systems
* Ability to learn to quickly the necessary knowledge about business routines and systems, in order to handle the tasks independently
