Territory Sales Representative/Manager (Restorative and Endodontics)

Latvia – Home Office    

 

Overall  Scope:

- To identify and develop sales potential by effectively influencing dental clinicians, dealers, dental schools, institutions and group practices in order to ensure sales and revenue targets are in line with the business objectives
- Apply the sales process to varied selling solutions and with different customers, with the result sales targets are met or exceeded
- Analyze market business trends to develop and execute a territory business plan to capitalize on current and future opportunities within the local market
- Report on competitor activities across the region, working with the Marketing team and the Commercial Leader accordingly Key Responsibilities:- To generate demand for company products, to be closed either by company’s approved distributors/or direct sales where appropriate
- To be the customer’s expert on focus products
- To coordinate and conduct sales meetings and product training for customers including training and vendor days with dealers & tele sales teams
- To effectively and professionally present products to groups of dental care professionals, including dental students and postgraduate education departments
- Develop and maintain good relationships with key personnel including all relevant sales and market personnel
- Comply with all corporate requirements and regulatory requirements
- Work with the Clinical Educators in regards Key Opinion Leaders meetings/presentations
- Assist in the training and coaching of new sales colleagues
- Maintain and update the CRM (customer database)
- Collaborate on marketing programs by monitoring and providing accurate tracking, reporting and follow up to ensure a consistent and professional marketing campaign
- Be able to articulate business as well as clinical benefits of the products
- Professionally manage and process customer complaints in accordance with company procedures
- Cooperation on daily basis with dental clinicians, dealers, representatives, marketing, finance and customer service, country and regional teams
- Meet the requirements of the sales dashboard
- Ensure actual sales growth within budgeted expenses are attained and exceeded
- Establish key customer accounts ensuring a true business partnership
- Growth in regional sales on focused products
- Meet budget    

 

Requirements:

- Higher education background: business, economics or related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a sales role, preferably in FMCG, medical appliances, dental instruments or similar
- Ability to prioritize workload and deliver work in a timely fashion
- Self-motivated, conscientious with a desire to exceed
- Display initiative and enthusiasm for their role and company
- Professional with proven ability to build appropriate relationships with key customers
- Enthusiastic, efficient and highly organized – desire to constantly improve efficiencies and customer focus
- Structured and clear thinker – ability to prioritize a demanding workload through business planning and territory management
- Able to analyze business information such as Price Corrected Dealer Sales Out to refine specific product and activity focus to achieve key performance targets on a monthly/cycle basis
Other Skills and Personal Attributes;
- Computer literate – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Confident and articulate
- Very good spoken and written English is a must
- Strong results orientation and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills
- Able to undertake regular business travel and hold a valid local driving license
