Our client is an international automotive production company, world leading supplier of the market leaders in automotive industry. Due to further development of the factory in Poland we are now looking for an experienced professional to join the local HR team on the role of Corporate Recruiter Poland.

 

Corporate Recruiter Poland
Location: Wielkopolska

 

Responsibilities:

- Sourcing: ensures sufficient inflow of potentially suitable candidates using the agreed sourcing channels and by building and maintaining a professional network;  
- Intake: identifies the customers' business needs and translates them into an agreed recruitment plan, aimed at the fulfillment of the needs within time, budget and quality constraints;  
- Business partner: builds and maintains good relationship, business knowledge and satisfaction of your customers (both Hiring Managers and HR Managers);  
- Employer Branding: Continuously (co)-develop and strengthen the employer brand and acts as an ambassador of the company  

 

Requirements:

-  A degree on a MsC or BsC level.  
- At least 3-5 years recruitment experience, preferably within a corporate position. Candidates with relevant technical recruiting experience within a commercial Recruitment Agency, are also invited to apply.  
- Knowledge of and experience with Social Media, ATS systems, Recruitment Apps, etc.  
- Understand the customers’ business and its needs, including the organizational setting of the vacancy.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment to meet demanding deadlines and timescales.  
- The ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload.  
- Service minded and a team player.  
- Good communication skills in Polish and English, both verbally and in writing. German is a plus.
