Due to our consistent and continued growth, they are currently looking to appoint an IT Recruiter to support strategic growth across Poland and in the region. They are looking for someone who enjoys working in a high-growth and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for recruitment projects Poland. You will be sourcing candidates Poland, collaborating with recruitment and sales departments in an international working environment.

Responsibilities:
* Actively sourcing candidates for IT roles (direct search, executive search, advertising, networking)
* Research and selection of resume for roles such as IT Consultants, Software Developers, Analysts etc.
* Conduct telephone, Skype and face to face interviews
* Creating interview reports and assessments
* Establish close Professional relationships with candidates
* Coordinate the whole recruitment process right up to job offer
* Work closely with HR and Sales departments
* Influence on employer brand by professionalism, daily activities and dedicated campaigns
Requirements:
* Higher Degree in Psychology, Business or other related discipline
* Minimum 2 years of related recruitment experience in IT field
* General knowledge of IT environment and market
* Experience in direct search and headhunting
* Highly motivated and results oriented
* Enthusiastic, pro-active and creative
* Willingness to face challenges and constantly improve skills
* Very good English skills, both written and oral
