We are now looking for an experienced professional to join the team as
Office/HR Co-ordinator - Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Office management (organize our Poland office, order equipment and supplies, handle relationships with different suppliers)
- Perform general administration tasks (setting up and maintaining spreadsheets, accounting entries, filing, mailing)
- Flight booking for the whole company
- Prepare various reports for management
- Develop and support marketing activities
- Carry out various support activities (organising meetings, events, workshops…)
- Personnel administration: organize and manage the personnel files.
Requirements:
- Qualified with 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent command of written and spoken English, German would be a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Flexible, professional and mature attitude with a propensity for multi-tasking
