Finance & Administration Manager

Place of work : Warsaw

 

Responsibilities:

- Overall responsibility for Finance, Accounting and Administration (payroll, IT, office)
- Ensure all Accounting and Financial regulations are adhered to
- Allocate budgets and monitor needed economical resources to ensure company’s operations and to support projects requirements
- Be responsible for credit control and monitoring of customers’ accounts to secure cash flow of the company
- Liaise with banks, insurance, fiscal and VAT administration, auditors and solicitors
- Financial controlling and analysis, preparation of monthly reviews for local management and HQ
- Prepare periodic Financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, forecasts, variance analysis
- Guarantee the Accounting and Finance information’s reliability
- Reporting to local government bodies (tax - US, social services - ZUS, statistics offices - GUS, etc.)
- Reconcile balances implementing financial plans
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Define, implement and control Finance, Administrative and IT strategies
- Elaborate and control Finance, Administrative and IT budgets
- Negotiate and manage Finance, Administrative and IT’s suppliers contracts
- Ensure maximum availability of computer systems throughout the company
- Manage company’s real estate in line with company’s activities
- Ensure compliance with HR legal requirements
- Ensure employees’ payment and administration
- Ensure compliance with legal and environmental requirements
- Manage the Finance, Administrative and IT teams (up to 8 people)
- Lead, motivate and coach team: recruitment, staff resources allocation, ongoing training and development, compensation and benefits, litigations
- Be part of Management Committees
- Report to local Poland GM and to Finance Controller at HQ in Europe


Requirements:

- Higher education in finance or related field
- 2-3 years’ experience in managing a finance department and team
- Expert in Accounting, Finance and Labor Law
- Strong Business management acumen
- Excellent team leader, strong communication skills, teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure
- Strong business focused resulting in proper financial planning and forecasting, leading to profitable business growth
- Excellent computer skills, ERP knowledge, Microsoft Dynamics Navision or similar
- Very good English language skills (both written and spoken) is a must
- Excellent MS office skills
- High level of responsibility, multi-skilled and good team player
- An analytical and problem-solving mind
- Experience in working within an international environment
