Trade & Shopper Marketing Manager CEE
Place of work: Warsaw. Office + home office (hybrid)
Purpose of position:
The role focuses on enhancing the shopping experience for customers and retailers. Its strategies enclose a wide range of tactics and techniques aimed at enhancing the shopping experience, both off- and on-line, alongside the customer journey to enhance the brand equity and awareness and to drive sales.
The Trade and Shopper Marketing Manager works closely with both, Marketing and Sales teams in the respective market to develop impactful TSM plans and materials to drive performance.
Strong executional support of marketing in the local markets to achieve marketing excellence alongside the customer journey
Responsibilities:
- Convert the marketing - / sales strategy into a trade and shopper marketing strategy and plans
- Create and localize digital content and print materials to delight customers (visuals/videos and text) at various touchpoints along the customer journey or for specific events such as; fairs, dealer events, etc…
- Create local materials such as brochures, sales support documents, flyers, promotional materials and all kind of materials for events.
- Secure all content is in line with Brand guidelines and premium position.
- Develops comms for local promotions
- Support the development of digital campaign plans, in close collaboration with Brand & Communication Marketing team, that maximize media return on investment in terms of reach, engagement, cost and all relevant media KPIs
- Supports Sales with media requests by trade partners; e.g. creates and writes editorial contributions or reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing
- Trade and or Marketing experience in home appliances, electronics or a premium / luxury FMCG company
- Advanced written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English
- High business acumen & commercial mindset
- Outmost consumer centricity and experience on how to lead / develop a premium brand
- A generalist in the digital area with a broad knowledge of campaign management, performance marketing, CRM
- Prepared for changes over the years to come
