Our client is a European provider of HVAC components and solutions, serving a wide range of professional clients. Due to further growth of the Company in Poland, we are now looking for a Professional for the new role of:

Business Development Manager

Place of work: home-office
Area of Responsibility: Poland & CEE Region

Core of the Role:
* Lead the expansion in Poland and adjacent Central & Eastern European countries
* Business Development Manager will handle the customer responsibility for all new accounts
* A standalone role in the first years, ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment
* Role has strong sales, marketing and customer focus


Responsibilities:
* Actively identifying and onboarding new customers’ base consisting primarily of: HVAC distribution companies, ventilation duct manufacturers, industrial HVAC equipment producers
* Maintain relationships and be overall point of contact to all customers
* Secure a long term project pipeline
* Set and manage pricing strategies and sales margins, under supervision of the CCO
* Market research, proposal and implementation of sales strategies
* Collaborate closely with internal departments in Headquarters (Customer Service, Technical, Quality, Distribution)
* Organize and coordinate training sessions and marketing activities for customers and partners
* Participation in regular sales meetings, conferences and exhibitions
* Secure compliance with internal processes and guidelines
* Regular reporting to Sales Director

Requirements:
* Technical education in the field of Building Automation / HVAC, electrical systems and/or controls - an advantage, not a must
* 5+ years of experience in technical sales (e.g. HVAC and if possible industrial Heatpump)
- is a must
* Demonstrated success in a highly collaborative environment with fluent English written and oral communications skills
* Knowledge of sales specifics to companies from the HVAC industry
* Experience in Central & Eastern Europe, with strong knowledge of the Regional market for ventilation ductwork
* Action-oriented and innovative
* Project management experience and a solid technical understanding
* “Hands on” approach that can quickly develop constructive and positive working relations with peers, customers and management
* Time and place flexibility needed for frequent travelling to head office as well as in-country
