Our client is a European provider of solutions for building automation and HVAC business. Due to further growth of the Company in Poland, we are now looking for a Professional for the new role of:

Area Sales Manager

Place of work: home-office
Area of Responsibility: Pomorskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Wielkopolskie, Zachodnio-Pomorskie

Core of the Role:

* The main scope of the role will be further development of business in the assigned sales area within Poland.
* Area Sales Manager will handle the customer responsibility for all existing accounts.
* Role has strong sales, marketing and customer focus.

The Company has direct operation, reference customers and solid, growing existing business in the country.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain relationships and be overall point of contact to all customers
* Perform market research and business development in the market
* Develop and execute account targets and actions
* Secure a long term project pipeline
* Understand the customers’ needs for HVAC, building automation and technical challenges
* Perform key account management & visit reports on a frequent basis
* Participation in regular sales meetings
* Participation in conferences and exhibitions
* Secure compliance with internal processes and guidelines

Requirements:

* Technical education in the field of Building Automation / HVAC, electrical systems and/or controls. Preferably minimum Bachelor degree in technology.
* 3+ years of experience in technical sales is a must
* Demonstrated success in a highly collaborative environment with excellent English written and oral communications skills
* Good understanding of the local markets and personal networks to the Building Automation consultants, design offices and integrators companies in the region
* Knowledge of sales specifics to companies from the HVAC industry
* Action-oriented and innovative
* Project management experience and a solid technical understanding
* “Hands on” approach that can quickly develop constructive and positive working relations with peers, customers and management
* Ability to achieve high-level results within a challenging customer environment
* Strong planning, organization and communication skills
* The gift of persuasion, target orientation
* Resistance to stress
* Strong business culture
* Readiness for frequent business trips
* Active driving license category B
