BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – FINISHED VEHICLES TRANSPORT
Place of work: Poland
Responsibilities:
- Business development in Poland – finished vehicles transport
- Build realtions with leading car manufacturers (factories)
- Develop a team to ensure maximum effectivity
- Create and develope logistics process
- Lead and manage Freight Forwarders team
- Active communication with existing carriers and search for new ones
- Ensuring the smooth delivery process
- Considering and planning the most effective route for freight
- Reporting back to clients, keeping them up-to-date with the progress of goods
- Work in cooperation with company colleagues to solve various work-related issues: on-time delivery, customer claims, payment issues, etc.
- Analyzing and controlling logistics routes.
Requirements:
- Experience in finished vehicles transport business as a Business Development Manager, Freight Forwarding Manager, Forwarder or Operational Manager
- Strong Leadership qualities
- Higher education
- Good knowledge of English is a must
- Attention to details
- Good numeric skills are required
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Teamwork and an aptitude for coordinating your work with others
- Knowledge and understanding of geography and cultural differences
- The ability to detect and solve problems, good negotiating skills
- Receptiveness, ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
