We are now looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of:
Used Equipment Coordinator
Place of work: Mikołów – stationary position
Responsibilities:
* Link between internal departments and external partners, constant ongoing communication and ensuring refurbishment and delivery of used equipment is done in time
* A focus on excellence & quality with a “right first time” philosophy
* Robust delivery and ongoing improvement of all Policies, Processes
* Sub-suppliers management and relationship building
* Reporting about servicing schedule
* Local productive support and quality control
* Local logistic (delivery ready and follow-up)
* Parts and partner management internal and external, following robust processes
Requirements:
* 3 - 5 years of experience in similar role
* Technical education will be an asset
* Demonstrated experience in departments such as: technical/service support, logistics, warehouse
* Experience with Forklift use would be a great advantage
* Strong computer literacy, especially Excel
* Experience with an ERP system is a plus – SAP is implemented in the organization
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Very good English is required; any other language will be considered as a plus
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to manage operational stress and work calmly under pressure
* High level of professionalism, autonomy and work ethics
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Valid Driving license
