Our client is a European leader in in the packaging industry, offering high-quality services and products. Due to continued development, we are now looking for a professional to take on the new role of:

Marketing Manager

Place of work: Warsaw

Main Objective: Develop and implement the commercial and marketing multichannel strategy

Responsibilities:

* Plan (with the General Manager) and implement the commercial and marketing strategy consistent across all sales channels
* Build the commercial and marketing plan to reach targets of sales and customers (recruitment of new customers, rate of answers of campaigns)
* Define and manage the marketing budget
* Appoint/manage all internal and external suppliers to meet the demands of the marketing plan and guarantee delivery
* Do a competition analysis on services, products and pricing policy
* Help sales team to achieve their targets through customer analysis
* Organize sales promotions
* Manage and maintain customers databases
* Analyse marketing performances of the campaigns and the sales channels (special offers, customer analysis, RFM, telemarketing etc.)
* Build the monthly marketing reports and develop periodical sales reports/analysis
* Develop, with E-commerce Manager, an ergonomic Web site in association with the Group to reach our sales targets and satisfy our customers
* Manage the merchandising of products (existing and new), appropriately for each channel, so that each product is positioned correctly and optimised (photography, copy, customer information, indexing, SEO, attribute and key-phrase searchable) to maximise sales
* Optimise the use of cross selling, up selling and promotional offers within the catalogues and website, through the use of customer purchasing and promotional offer analysis and online merchandising tools.
* Manage and uphold the planning, production and workload for each catalogue to ensure timescales are achieved.
* Manage and develop the Marketing team

Requirements:

* University degree in Marketing or equivalent
* Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
* Very good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, e-mail marketing tools, tools for acquiring B2B leads
* Knowledge of the principles of activities in the field of SEO and SEM (Google AdWords)
* Experience in brand management and marketing communication (including social media (FB Ads) and LinkedIn
* Excellent knowledge of market trends
* Teamwork skills
* Experience in team management
* Analytical and synthesis capabilities
* Ability to work in an international group
* Written & oral communication skills
* Fluency in English
* Computer skills, including proficiency with Mail Order operating systems
