Sales Specialist Poland – Dental Equipment (CAD/CAM)

Warsaw


Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop sales potential by effectively influencing dealer partners, dental professionals and clinics in order to ensure sales and revenue targets are in line with the business objectives
- Build and develop strong business relations with key distribution partners, dental clinics and laboratories
- Prepare and carry out product training programs with partners and dental professionals
- Take part in industry trade fairs and conferences
- Analyze market business trends to develop and execute a plan to capitalize on current and future opportunities within the local market
- Report and monitor competitor activities
- To be the customer’s expert on focus products – Dental Equipment
- Professionally manage and process customer complaints in accordance with company procedures
- Close cooperation with the local sales and marketing teams
- Traveling within Poland, approx. 50%, later within Baltics region
    

Requirements:

- Higher Education Engineering (Electronics), preferred or relevant professional experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in dental equipment, advanced medical appliances or similar electronic devices such as CAD/CAM etc.
- Ability to prioritize workload and deliver work in a timely fashion
- Self-motivated, conscientious with a desire to exceed
- Display initiative and enthusiasm for your role and products
- Professional with proven ability to build appropriate relationships with key customers
- Enthusiastic, efficient and highly organized – desire to constantly improve efficiencies and customer focus
- Structured and clear thinker – ability to prioritize a demanding workload through business planning
- Able to analyze business information to focus on achieving key performance targets on a monthly/cycle basis
- Open to travel,  driving license
- Computer literate – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Confident and articulate
- Very good spoken and written English is a must
- Strong results orientation and analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
