Due to continued development we are now looking for an experienced professional for the challenging role of:
Project Manager
Radom
Responsibilities:
* Main contact person regarding technical area, quality and target dates of projects
* Overall responsibility for the technical clarification of the project with the customer, in collaboration with all operations areas (engineering, purchasing, preassembly, logistics, installation, commissioning etc.)
* Create the schedule and project timeline
* Preparation of Team Engineering in collaboration with necessary resources (i.e. example product responsible)
* Clarification / specification of the layout and general function of the equipment in collaboration with product responsible and planner
* Responsibility for and coordination of schedule planning in collaboration Project teams
* Coordination of the schedule tracking in cooperation with Project teams
* Responsible for and coordination of bid pack awarding and complete purchase, together with global team
* Coordination of operations and interfaces between customer, project teams, BUs / Divisions and suppliers
* Coordination of procedures on site, together with Site Managers
* Organizing of Punch Point Management in collaboration with the Project Management and Site Management
* Preparation of additional / reduced costs for implementation with Project Management/ Sales
* Lead meetings and set expectations for project team
* Plan, manage and maintain the project budget
Requirements:
* Higher technical education (preferably mechatronics or mechanics)
* Min. 3 years of professional experience in project management or design, production and any other similar position, each time including project management experience
* Fluent English is a must, German language would be an advantage
* Practical experience in Project Management Methodologies, certification preferred
* Basic knowledge of CAD systems such as: AutoCAD, Solid Works is appreciated
* Practical knowledge of MS Office, including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point, Teams
* Working knowledge of MS Project or other scheduling software
* Interpersonal skills, resistance to stress, ability to work in a team, strong planning skills
* Availability, readiness for domestic and foreign business travel
* Driving license. B
