Job description:
The role of the Consultant includes identifying, developing and managing the Candidate and Client relationships to strengthen business  and ensure quality service.


* Sourcing professionals at all levels for permanent roles through Direct Search method – proactive sourcing, prospecting, identifying and interviewing candidates
* Managing the full recruitment process on assigned projects
* Preparing job profiles and job adverts for publication
* Pro-active sales of recruitment services, taking part in client meetings, preparing offers, negotiations.
* Maintaining close working relationships with existing customers and building relationships with new clients


* Higher Education in HR and/or Business related discipline
* Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/recruitment sales field is necessary
* Strong sales acumen, a good pre-disposition to “cold calling" and arranging meetings with potential customers to meet target pipeline
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work within a small, professional team
* Fluent English is a must, other European language would be a great benefit
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently is a must
* You should be ambitious and ready to contribute to further development of the local branch in Warsaw.
* Very good MS Office skills
